J'ai été refoulé à l'entrée du parking malgré la présentation papier de ma réservation. J'ai du payer un autre parking à Bercy. Bilan: 2 fois 30 euros de parking. Je ne réserverai plus chez onepark et je me désabonne immédiatement.

Trop de temps d'attente, une seule barrière ouverte. Vérification manuelle des réservations alors qu'il y a une lecture optique de la plaque d'immatriculation. Et au final après deux tours de parking, on vous dit de stationner sur les places minutes. En conclusion, du sur Booking ?

J’ai souhaité annuler quelques minutes avant l’heure mais impossible …. Message d’erreur !!! Donc j’ai payé alors que je n’y suis pas allée ….il aurait fallu que je fasse une capture d’écran pour prouver le message d’erreur … à savoir !
