The day of your departure

You will receive an SMS the day before your booking from Green Valet customer service. It will contain the support address   as well as the valet number . Please respect the appointment time or inform us of your new arrival time as soon as possible.

The day of your return

You will receive an SMS from Green Valet customer service within 2 hours before your arrival. Please enter your return train number carefully, the valet will follow your train in the event of a delay.

Your valet will return your vehicle to the location where you left it.

Good to know

• The drop-off is limited to 10 FREE MINUTES. Any excess will be the responsibility of the customer. It gives access to the main hall of the station (Hall 1).

• If your arrival or return dates and times change , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation by SMS to check availability;

• The vehicle pick-up time corresponds to the beginning of your booking.
• Before validating your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area where the valet number will be sent to you;
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, following the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
• In the event of an excess, you will have to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force.
