The GREEN VALET valet service offers you direct access to Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station.

The parking is covered, secure and accessible 24/7.

The day of your departure

You will receive a text message the day before your booking from Green Valet customer service. It will contain the pickup address.   as well as the valet parking number . Please respect the appointment time or inform us of your new arrival time as soon as possible.

The day of your return

You will receive a text message from Green Valet within 2 hours of your arrival. Be sure to provide your return train number; the valet will track your train in case of a delay.

Your valet will return your vehicle to the location where you dropped it off.

Good to know

• The drop-off point is limited to 10 free minutes. Any time over this time will be charged to the customer. It provides access to the station's main concourse (Hall 1).

• If you change your arrival or return dates and times , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation by SMS to check availability;

• The vehicle pick-up time corresponds to the beginning of your booking.
• Before confirming your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area to which you will be sent the valet parking number;
• When making your booking, we recommend that you indicate the color of your vehicle after the model. This will make it easier for the valet to recognize your vehicle;

Supplements

• A supplement of 25 euros will be requested by the car park for any arrival or departure between 00:00 and 06:00 (or 50 euros if you arrive and leave during these times). The car park will send you a payment link;
• In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly to the valet, according to the current hourly rate.
