Nos parece un parking cómodo y bien mantenido, las plazas son bastante amplias y también muy jien de precio. Todos los años lo contratamos en verano y seguiremos haciendolo

No ha habido vez que pudiéramos entrar o salir identificándose con la matrícula, como habíamos contratado. Siempre hemos perdido al menos 10 minutos para localizar al responsable para que tratará de solucionar el problema. No tengo quejas de los operarios del parking, que han puesto todo de su parte para ayudarnos, pero no contrataremos más con ONEPARK mientras no nos garanticen que se ha solucionado el problema. Yo he pagado por adelantado para entrar y salir cuando quiera. Y no me digan que el problema no es de ONEPARK, lo que está claro es que no es mío, y, si no pueden garantizar el servicio que ofrecen y cobran en ese Parking, pues no lo ofrezcan

Problème à l'arrivée : la barrière ne s'ouvrait pas. Il a fallu faire intervenir le gardien, heureusement il était là. Le problème a été résolu le lendemain pour la lecture de la plaque.

Je me suis aperçue trop tard que la plaque d'immatriculation de notre voiture n'avait pas été bien prise en compte. Fort heureusement, l'agent m'a laissé entrée avec mon numéro de réservation et au retour, bonne surprise, la lecture de la plaque a la borne de sortie a bien fonctionné, le système avait été mis à jour !
