Prestation effectuée sérieusement comme à l’accoutumée… Juste dommage de devoir attendre 20 mn seul tôt le matin au bureau sans le moindre accueil jusqu’au à l’arrivée du chauffeur

Paer sécurité, j'avais réservé le Pk 2 heures plus tôt qu'il ne m'en fallait (soit à 12h30 au lieu de 14h30). Le jour du départ, en regard de la circulation fluide, j'ai décidé de partir à 13h00. A 10h30, je reçois un appel d'une personne de One Pk me demandant d'une façon impérative d'être présent à 12h30 au plus tard. Dans le cas contraire, je n'aurai pas de navette. Je lui ai fait part de mon étonnement et de ma désapprobation, mais j'ai du m'y soumettre. Je suis ainsi parti dans la précipitation, sans manger. J'ai relu attentivement les terme du contrat. A aucun endroit il est fait mention de cette contrainte. Au contraire, le contrat indique que - Au départ du Pk une navette vous déposera en 10 mn à l'aéroport - La navette fonctionne de 7j/7 de 5:30 à 20:00 Je suis donc arrivé à 12:30 La navette est partie un heure après car nous avons attendu un autre couple de voyageur.
