Entry and exit from the car park
Arrival at the car park
When you arrive at the car park, dial your 6-digit access code on the keypad located in front of the entry barrier, this code is confidential.
Then park at the Onepark locations which are located on level -3 :
14, 15, 17, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33
Any parking in places reserved and identified as such will be subject to collection by our partner Saemes.
Exit from the car park
To exit the car park, type your access code on the Onepark code keypad.
Your code will allow you multiple entries and exits from 1 day of parking.
Pedestrian access
The pedestrian access door is to the right of the gate at the same address.

Réservation inutile, à l’arrivée toutes les places Onepark étaient déjà occupées malgré une confirmation de réservation. pas de solution proposée par le service d’urgence. Je déconseille et attends mon remboursement.

Die Schlimmste Erfahrung ever. Der Code hat beim Ausfahren nicht funktioniert. Somit steckte ich im Auto drinne und meine Familie draußen. Die Hotline von Onepark war nicht mehr besetzt. Der Unmensch auf der Notleitung für die Tore hat das Tor nicht geöffnet, obwohl ihm gesagt wurde, was los war. Ich weiss nicht, welche Sorte Tiere, diese Firmen einstellen. Es war die schlimmste Erfahrung. In Deutschland hätte ich diesen Typen auf Nötigung und Freiheitsberaubung verklagt. Aber in Paris kommt man wohl damit durch, speziell, wenn Touristen die Opfer sind.
Bien placé par rapport à mon besoin. Accès large et bien sécurisé. Prix intéressant. Néanmoins problème de code désactivé à la reprise de mon véhicule (appel au numéro indiqué près du clavier qui a eu du mal à prendre la main sur les ouvertures de portes/30mn avant que la situation de se débloque). Un peu risqué. J'hésite de ce fait à y retourner. Dommage.
