On the way

Call the chauffeur on the telephone number given in your confirmation email 20 minutes before your arrival at the departure level Terminal 3 + 4.

The chauffeur will be waiting for you at the departure level Terminal 3 + 4.

On the way back

After you have collected your luggage, call the chauffeur using the name given in your confirmation email.

The chauffeur will hand the vehicle over to you at the place where you left it.
