Parking très bien. Attention, il faut passer à l'accueil pour obtenir les codes. Mais acceuil très chaleureux et sympathique. Et les rampes sont un peu raides en montée pour sortir

Le parking en soi est propre et sécurisé mais l'accès catastrophique. Onepark ne donne pas les bons codes/explications, l'entrée est 200m plus loin que l'adresse donnée, l'interphone ne marche pas, pas de réseau pour appeler l'hôtel du parking, difficile de faire demi-tour ensuite une fois engagé(e)s.. j'ai perdu 1h pourtant je suis plutôt dégourdie et j'ai l'habitude. Le personnel de l'hôtel ne sait pas expliquer qu'il faut deux codes, bref, à fuir ou alors il faut connaître.

Nous n'avons pas trouvé l'accès du parking Campanile, nous nous sommes garés par erreur sur le parking Leclerc. Résultat en revenant du Zénith, voiture bloquée toute la nuit !!! Quelle galére.

Cela concerne plutôt la gestion que le parking ! Prix en relation avec le service : il faut aller à la réception pour prendre les codes d’accès. Fallait-il le savoir au moment de la réservation ! C'est donc la découverte une fois réceptionné le mail de réservation.
