The Balzac Park stretches over 50 hectares bordering Maine. It is divided into differentiated territories of which the low, central and high part. The lower part is flooded and thus offers various landscapes as the level of the water table changes. Some of it has been converted into a pasture for a few cows. The central part consists of green dunes while the upper part comprises 120 parcels of allotment gardens.
