No lo llevaron al parkin contratado, av. de la hispanidad, 500 a entre 6,1 km y 8,1 km depende de la ruta, y me hicieron mas de 50 km al coche, y no me dan explicaciones. solo aducen que lo llevan a otro aunque quede lejos si el contratado no esta disponible, me dijeron que mandarian foto de donde estaba y no me mandaron ninguna foto. por lo que no se que es lo que han hecho con el coche ni donde lo tubieron

El servicio no está del todo mal. Aunque la persona que recibió el coche, no te explica demasiado el procedimiento y genera un poco de desconfianza. Creo que la llave a sufrido un deterioro importante para 2 veces que la han usado... se lo comentado a ellos para que lo tengan en consideración, pero creo que les a dado bastante igual mi aportación para mejorar la calidad de su servicio y por lo tanto la satisfacción del cliente.Por otro lado la puntualidad a sido buena.
