Nous sommes arrivé sur le parking, aucune place de disponible, alors que nous avions réservé une place. Nous avons du nous garer à coter d’un mur du bâtiment

Malheureusement, il n'y avait plus de place dans le parking quand je suis arrivée (alors que ma place était effectivement bien réservée). J'ai dû me parquer à l'extérieur du parking sur demande d'une réceptionniste (sur une place pour personnes à mobilité réduite de surcroit!)
