PARKING PLUS Valet Service Car Park (External)

The VIP PARKING PLUS Service   allows you direct access to Madrid-Barajas Airport.

Parking is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM .

On the way there

20 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will be waiting for you at the Departures Terminal and will inspect the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

On the way back

After retrieving your luggage, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the pickup location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All reservations made outside of this time slot will be charged a €10 service fee, as will any reservations arriving more than three hours after the scheduled time.
• If you need to change your departure or arrival date or time , please contact the driver's number indicated in your booking confirmation to check availability;
• To help the driver easily recognize your vehicle, we recommend that you specify the vehicle model and color when booking.
• If you exceed the parking time, we invite you to pay the driver directly, according to the current hourly rate.
