No hemos podido meter el coche en el parking está mañana. Cuando llegamos, nos dijeron en la recepción del hotel que el parking ya estaba completo y que mi reserva había sido rechaza. Hemos tenido que buscar otro parking para dejar el coche. Quiero que me devuelvan el dinero que pagué cuando hice la reserva. He qurdado muy, muy, muy descontenta con el servicio ofrecido por onepark.
