After your return and after you have collected your luggage, you can call the shuttle at the phone number given in your confirmation email.

The shuttle service is available 24/7 .

Go to the car park control booth with your confirmation email (on your mobile phone or printed out).

Good to know

• If you have large luggage, please call the parking lot before your arrival;
• In the event of a delay in relation to the time indicated in the reservation or for changes during the duration of the stay, we ask you to inform the car park;
• If the booked parking time is exceeded, we ask you to pay the costs directly at the parking lot according to the locally applicable tariffs.

Surcharge - to be paid directly at the parking lot

• For groups of more than 6 people per booking or vehicles with a length of 5.00 m or more, you are asked to pay a surcharge of 8 euros;
• Vehicles longer than 6.50 m will not be accepted;
• A maximum of 8 passengers are accepted per booking;
• A booking contains 2 transfers. Each additional trip is charged at € 10.
