Access
Entry and exit from the car park
When you arrive at the car park, dial your 6-digit access code + "V" on the Resaplace keypad and a prepaid exit ticket will be issued by the terminal.
Be careful, it is important to keep your ticket as it will be necessary to leave the car park on your return.
If the car park door is closed, you will simply have to approach slowly with your vehicle so that it opens automatically.
The access code is valid 45 minutes before and 45 minutes after the beginning of your booking, after this time, use the intercom.
Pedestrian access
To access the car park, use the ticket on the readers located near the doors.
Exit from the car park
To exit the car park, insert the ticket into the terminal.
As part of an override, you will have to settle the difference at the exit terminal ( CB or Total GR card only ) or at the automatic cash machines according to the pricing grid displayed on site.

Le code ne fonctionnait pas à l'entrée mais le problème a vite été résolu par une personne très aimable au téléphone et à la sortie l'agent avait déjà connaissance du souci et a été d'une amabilité et d'une compétence remarquables. Merci

Le code internet ne fonctionne pas, attente de 10 mn avant que quelqu'un daigne vous répondre, son inaudible pour finalement prendre un ticket. A quoi cela sert de passer par internet ?

Le code internet n'a pas fonctionné, je me suis retrouvé avec un ticket normal. Heureusement la personne qui est à la sortie du parking en a convenu et il n'y a eu aucun problème. Parfait je recommande ce parking.

Jean-claude Très bon parking. Sécurisé et bien éclairé. Accès facile aux places de stationnement. Aucun souci avec réservation onepark.
Le code d'accès donné par one park n'a pas fonctionné. Nous avons dû payer à la sortie. Contrairement à un avis précédent sur votre site, nous n'avons vu personne dans ce parking qui aurait pu nous renseigner. Réclamation faite il y a deux jours auprès du service client (en attente de remboursement)
