Airport access
From the parking lot , a free shuttle will take you to the airport in 14 minutes .
Upon your return, before collecting your luggage, call the shuttle at the number indicated in your confirmation email. The shuttle will wait for you at the same place where it dropped you off on the way there.
The shuttle service operates from 06:00 to 00:00 7 days a week.
Entry and exit from the car park
Go to the car park reception and present your booking confirmation email (in electronic or paper version).
Practical information
- Parking does not require the delivery of keys, which will remain in the possession of the customer;
- During the high season, for logistical reasons, you may be asked to leave your keys in the car park;
- If you refuse to leave the keys, the car park reserves the right to charge an additional fee;
- In case of delay with respect to the time indicated in the reservation or for any changes during the parking period, we invite you to inform the parking by calling the shuttle number;
- If you collect your vehicle later than expected, a supplement will be payable on site, according to the car park fee grid.

Cette expérience a été un désastre total. Si dans la première partie tout s'est déroulé normalement, le retour a été terrible. Tout d'abord, j'ai appelé après notre atterrissage et il n'a pas répondu au téléphone quand ils l'ont fait, mais ils ont toujours dit d'attendre qu'ils viendraient après nous et ainsi de suite pendant plus d'une heure et demie. après environ deux heures, nous avons décidé avec deux autres personnes de prendre un taxi jusqu'à leur siège afin de pouvoir récupérer les voitures. C'était le chaos total, ils ne trouvaient pas les clés de la voiture et les voitures ne savaient pas exactement où elles étaient garées. J'ai attendu encore deux heures jusqu'à ce qu'ils récupèrent le nécessaire, donc au total j'ai perdu cinq heures. Bref À 2h du matin Nous avons et à 6h du matin en arrivée en Suisse. Du coup le lendemain j’ai pas pu aller au travail à cause de la fatigue. Donc J’aimerais savoir si c’est quelqu’un responsable de cette situation qu’ils ont créé et si je peux récupérer les frais de taxi. Je ne parle pas de la journée du travail qui m’a coûté 500 Fr…

Parking, à éviter absolument Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons attendu 15 minutes seule, il n’y avait personne au Parking Et pour le retour, nous atterrissent à 21h30. Ce que j’ai clairement stipulé dans ma réservation. Mon vol avait 30 minutes de retard et le parking ferme à 22h. Ce que bien évidemment, personne ne m’a dit, j’ai essayé de les appeler pendant environ une heure sans réponse de leur part, j’ai dû payer une nuit d’hôtel pour récupérer ma voiture le lendemain. Le personnel était désagréable limite malhonnête. Je déconseille vivement
