Arrivée à l'heure prévue 04H00 du matin, parking condamné, personne sur place. Dans la panique nous essayons d'appeler le centre d'aide mais le numéro n'est plus attribué. Pensant à une faillite nous allons en catastrophe à Orly espérant trouver une place de stationnement pour notre véhicule, notre avion décolle à 06H10. Dans l’urgence n’avons pas vu le numéro de portable reçu dans la confirmation de réservation par mail. Finalement nous avons stationné au parking P1 (265 euros pour 8 jours) le parking prévu initialement (92 euros). Beaucoup de stress et d’argent perdu.

Fausse adresse suite a l'annulation de leur bailleur. Pas de prévenance pour le jour du départ ( gros stress en voyant porte close). Quand même joignable par téléphone, mais nous emmène dans parking minuscule pas couvert. Réponse de leur part non professionnel suite au désagrément : Ne stressez pas c'est pas bon pour vos vacances. Le retour n'est pas mieux, voiture pas préparé, impossible de rentrer dedans côté chauffeur. Obligé de passer par le côté passager. Pour résumer, encore une micro/société montée à la va/vite sans aucun professionnalisme et aucune considération à la clientèle. Dorénavant nous utiliserons les parkings officiels des aéroports de Paris.
