DIPERCAR Valet Service Car Park (Covered)

DIPERCAR VIP Service   It allows you direct access to the Madrid-Atocha station .

The parking is covered and accessible 7/7 from 04:00 to 01:00.

On the way out

20 minutes before your arrival at the station, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will wait for you at the station exit and will check the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

On the way back

After retrieving your luggage, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the pick-up location.

Good to know

• This car park is located in central Madrid. The environmental badge is required to enter. Diesel vehicles older than 2006 and petrol vehicles older than 2003 will not be able to enter;
• In case of modification of your departure or arrival date or time , please contact the driver's number indicated in your booking confirmation to check his/her availability;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : Access to the car park will be strictly restricted to the reserved hours.
• Delivery and return of the vehicle at the door of Atocha station;
• In order for the driver to be able to recognize your vehicle easily, when making your booking, we recommend that you specify, in addition to the vehicle model, its color;
• If you exceed the parking time, we invite you to pay it directly to the driver, according to the current hourly rate.
