Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.
Access
Airport Access
From the car park, a free shuttle service will drop you off at the airport in 2 minutes.
Upon return and after collecting your luggage, call the shuttle service at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email , the meeting point will be at the Departures Terminal (port A).
The shuttle service operates 24/7.
Entry and exit from the car park
Please go to the car park reception and show the booking confirmation email (printed or on your smartphone).
Useful information
- The shuttle cannot carry more than 5 people in the same group, so we advise you to leave your luggage and other passengers at the airport before going to the car park lot;
- In case of delay regarding the arrival time entered in your booking, as well as for any changes, please call the number present in your confirmation email;
- If you exceed the parking time, you will have to pay an additional fee on site, according to the prices of the car park.

Atendimento 5*, muito boa localização e relação qualidade-preço..voltarei a reservar na GoPark quando necessário..
Foi a primeira vez que utilizei este serviço e não poderia ser melhor. Numa próxima farei de novo a reserva.
