- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.
Access
Entry and exit from the car park
Vehicle delivery
30 minutes before your arrival at the airport, please call the valet through the telephone number indicated in the confirmation email.
The driver will be waiting for you at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 (pick up and drop off area).
The driver will check the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.
Return of the vehicle
After collecting your luggage, call the valet by calling the phone number in the confirmation email.
The return of the vehicle will be made in the same place as the delivery.
Useful information
- So that the driver can easily recognize your vehicle, at the time of your booking, please specify the model and color of the vehicle;
- In case of delay in relation to the arrival time inserted in your booking, as well as for any change, please call the number present in your confirmation email;
- If you exceed the parking time, you must pay an additional fee on the spot, according to the prices of the car park.

Péssimo serviço, é do pior que existe... contactei 24h antes a confirmar a recolha e o terminal, novamente 30min antes, outra vez 10min antes. Quando cheguei ao terminal 2, não estava ninguém... faltavam 20 min para fechar o embarque voltei a contactar ao qual me dizem que não tinham ninguém para ir buscara o carro, se quisesse que o fosse levar ao terminal 1... Eu é que tive que ir levar o carro ao terminal 1 e pedir a um dos funcionários do airpark, para me levarem no meu próprio carro de novo ao terminar 2... SIMPLESMENTE RIDÍCULO... Os empregados de call-center são do pior que existe, nunca tinha visto um serviço tão mau, tanta incompetência junta....

Achei o serviço óptimo. Muito conveniente e eficiente. O atendimento telefónico foi sempre rápido e agradável. Os empregados no aeroporto, igualmente bem educados, fáceis de identificar e eficientes

A localização dos funcionários que recolhem a viatura não é evidente. Dedviam estar mais visíveis, claramente identificados. Quanto ao resto, tudo bem, nada a dizer.
Péssimo serviço, a que nu cá mais recorrerei. Na ida demoraram mais de 20 minutos para atender o telefone e no regresso demoraram mais de 1 hora para me entregar a viatura.
