Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.

Airport access
From the car park, a free shuttle service will drop you off at the airport in 5 minutes.
On your return and after collecting your luggage, call the shuttle service at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email , the meeting point will be at the Departures Terminal (port C / B).
The shuttle service runs 24/7.
Entry and exit from the car park
Please go to the car park reception and show the booking confirmation email (in print or on your smartphone).
Useful information
- The shuttle service cannot transport more than 5 people in the same group, so we advise you to leave your luggage and other passengers at the airport before going to the car park lot;
- In case of delay in relation to the arrival time entered in your booking, as well as for any changes, please call the number in your confirmation email;
- If you exceed the parking time, you must pay an additional fee on site, according to the prices of the car park.
