- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.
Access
Entry and exit from the car park
Vehicle delivery
30 minutes before your arrival at the airport, please call the valet at the telephone number indicated in the confirmation email.
The driver will be waiting in t ERMINAL arrivals.
The driver will check the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.
Return of the vehicle
After collecting your luggage, call the valet at the phone number indicated in the confirmation email.
The return of the vehicle will be made in the same place of delivery .
Useful information
- So that the driver can recognize your vehicle easily, at the time of your booking, please specify the model and color of the vehicle;
- In case of delay in relation to the arrival time inserted in your booking, as well as for any change, please call the number present in your confirmation email;
- In case of exceeding the parking time, an additional fee must be paid to the driver, according to the prices of the car park.

Boa tarde: O parqueamento desta vez correu muito mal. O carro estava todo sujo de escrementos de pássaros nas portas e vidros laterais . No tejadilho e capot não tem desejo de aves. As rodas estavam muito sujas de lama. Gostaria de enviar algumas fotos para poderem identificar e esclarecer esta situação anormal nos vosso serviços . Despeço-me com os meus melhores cumprimentos . Quando chegou a hora de entregar a viatura, liguei para o número que me tinham indicado e ninguém sabia da minha reserva. Só passado algum tempo me disseram que a informação vinda da OnePark teria chegado à JetPark com atraso (tinha feito a reserva umas 6 a 8 horas antes, mais do que tempo para enviar uma mensagem eletrónica de uma empresa para a outra... Disseram-me para seguir para o Aeroporto e esperar nas chegadas. O local é policiado e não se pode estar parado. Como demoraram a aparecer, andei às voltas uns 20m até finalmente aparecer quem me levasse a viatura. Muito mau. A falta de um sítio certo, claramente assinalado, para que o cliente encontre o funcionário da JetPark, é um problema grave. Se na partida isso me obrigou a andar às voltas com a viatura, no regresso fez com que houvesse desencontro entre mim e o funcionário que ia levar a viatura: as instruções que tinha eram para esperar no sítio onde tinha entregue a viatura, mas o funcionário estava noutro sítio. Mais uma espera escusada. Já utilizei serviços de estacionamento "vallet" com diversas empresas, sem problemas. Com esta, correu mal na entrega e no retorno. Não recomendo.
