Parking chargé. Des voitures étaient garées devant la notre au retour. Il a fallu patienter pour que le gérant les déplace. Le parking de cet hôtel jouxte celui d'un restaurant donc c'est un peu le bazar. Pas de soucis à l'aller pour prendre la navette qui nous emmene à l'aéroport. En revanche, au retour, nous avons appelé à 22h10 pour qu'on vienne nous chercher et suite à un couac la navette est arrivé à 23h! Nous avons attendu presque 1h sous la pluie. Le gérant nous a dit être venue à 22h30 mais on ne l'a pas vu donc il est reparti sans nous appeler car il n'avait pas notre numéro de téléphone... Nous avons dû le rappeler pour qu'il revienne nous chercher.

Pas de problème particulier sauf un petit au retour nous étions nombreux a attendre la navette impossible de prendre tous le monde heureusement une navette d'une autre société a pris en charge une partie des voyageurs. Il serait souhaitable d'analyser le nombre de retour potentiel et d'approprier le nombre de navettes.

Très bon accueil, parking sérieux qui fait un état des lieux de la voiture. Navette pour l aéroport. Le seul bémol notre retour étant de bonne heure le matin, l employée est seule pour gérer la navette et l accueil donc pas d état des lieux de la voiture au retour. C est dommage car le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins.
