The SAEMES MAIRIE DU 19ÈME ABONNEMENT car park is located between the Buttes Chaumont and the Laumière metro station.

Any parking outside these assigned spaces will be subject to removal by our partner SAEMES.

To enter and exit the car park, use your Saemes access badge.

Any parking in places reserved and identified as such will be removed by our partner Saemes.  

Pedestrian access

Pedestrian access is located at the same address as the car entrance to the right of the stairs, under door 2B.

It is strictly forbidden to use vehicle access.

Information about the Saemes access badge

• Your access badge will be sent to you by post within 3 working days after payment of a deposit of €61;
• Following your booking, you will receive by email the link to the payment of the deposit for the access badge;
• In the event of termination of your subscription, the deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after return of the access badge by post to Onepark;
• Make sure the mailing address associated with your account is where you want to receive the access badge;
• In order to receive your access badge, please start your rental within 7 days.
