When entering and leaving the car park, there is no need to take a ticket : your license plate will be scanned and automatically recognized, which allows the barrier to open.
To access the car park on foot, you must enter the code that appears in your confirmation email.

• Once the reservation is confirmed, the enrollment cannot be changed . Therefore, we invite you to check the number plate entered in your account to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In case of problems at the car park entrance , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a ticket;
• In case of problems at the exit of the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you have obtained a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and communicate your license plate to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reserved hours will be subject to an additional charge through the payment method used.

Para salir hubo un pequeño problema pues no subía la barrera y hubo que llamar para que lo solucionarán.

Un desastre de organización, ya que no pude entrar al parking al llegar porque estaba completo, y no me podían abrir ya que según los encargados es un sistema automático. Y me pregunto ¿Para qué sirve entonces hacer una reserva previa si no respetan los huecos ya reservados? Me vi obligado a irme a otro parking con el consiguiente coste extra. Aún sigo esperando respuesta para que me devuelvan los 75€. Una vergüenza de servicio. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Fatal, cuando llegamos el parking estaba completo y no reconoció nuestra reserva y tuvimos q esperar q hubiera una plaza libre para poder entrar, nos dieron una tarjeta para volver a pagar el parking cuando ya lo teníamos pagado de hacía días, en ningún momento reconoció la matricula de nuestro coche y no pudimos entrar y salir las veces q quisiéramos como nos dijeron. A la hora de salir no reconocía ni la matrícula ni la reserva y después de mucho discutir con una chica conseguimos salir sin volver a pagar pero tuvieron q abrirnos la barrera manualmente. Así q no recomiendo reservar en este parking ni por esta aplicación,pq no te guardan la plaza ni aun teniendo pagado el parking

Parking amplio, Comodidad a la hora de entrar y salir. Buen precio. Bastante céntrico.
