To enter and exit the car park, go to the barrier, do not take a ticket : your license plate will be scanned and recognized automatically in order to allow the barrier to be opened.
To access the car park on foot, dial the code present in your Onepark confirmation email.
Good to know
• Once the reservation has been confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In the event of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In the event of a problem at the exit of the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you had taken a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and communicate your booking number to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation hours will be subject to a charge on the means of payment used.

Personnel d'accueil sympathique et serviable (soir de match au Parc des princes). Seul souci rencontré : l'un des chiffres d'une boîte où nous devions entrer notre code d'accès piéton ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû attendre l'arrivée de clients disposant d'un ticket papier pour pouvoir entrer.

Malgré ma réservation, aucune place disponible dans le parking... J'ai tout de même été prélevé sur mon compte bancaire. J'ai contacté le service client dèsle lendemain, mais 10 jours après, toujours pas de remboursement. Le comble est que j'ai du me garer ailleurs et j'ai pris une contravention !! Première et dernière expérience pour ma part avec OnePark!!

Parking complet malgré la réservation. J'ai été invité à aller chercher une place ailleurs malgré le fait que la réservation soit payée d'avance. Passez votre chemin!

Je vais mettre une note de 3 sur 5 malgré que le parking soit très bien pour la simple raison que j'avais réservé sur Onepark une place pour un soir de match au Parc. A l'entrée, un gars m'a demandé de descendre au niveau -3 alors qu'il n'y a avait pas de place, impossible de remonter aux autres étages donc nous avons été obligé de ressortir du parking, faire un tour dans les rues pour revenir au point de départ. J'ai dit au gars que j'avais déjà payé sur internet et que je ne comprenais pas que je n'ai pas de place réservé, il est resté sans réponse donc prudence si vous réservez sur internet car votre place n'est visiblement pas garantie !!! Heureusement au deuxième passage j'ai réussi à trouver la toute dernière place vide.
