To enter and exit the car park, go to the barrier, do not take a ticket : your registration plate will be scanned and automatically recognised to allow the barrier to open.
To access the car park on foot, enter the code in your Onepark confirmation email.
Good to know
• Once the reservation is confirmed, the license plate can no longer be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In case of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In the event of a problem when exiting the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you took a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and give your booking number to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation hours will be subject to a charge on the payment method used.

Stationnement réservé à l'avance, c'est pratique, libre accès à une place, pas de ticket donc il faut sonner pour y entrer à pieds.

Il vaut mieux pour vous que la lecture de plaque fonctionne en rentrant, sinon il vous faudra être très patient en sortant. Les personnes qui s'occupent de gérer les problèmes sont vraiment dépassés et surtout vraiment pas aimables. Quand on connaît les tarifs, on peut espérer mieux. Très déçu.

J’avais réservé dans ce parking pour un stationnement longue durée, le temps d’un week-end. J’ai été surpris au moment de la facturation de recevoir une majoration de 19,30€. En demandant des précisions au service client étant donné que j’avais respecté l’amplitude de stationnement, j’ai été surpris d’apprendre leur pratique que je vais vous présenter. J’avais réservé du vendredi 13h au dimanche 15h, lors de mon arrivée je suis entré au parking à 13h13, soit 13 min après l’horaire de début de réservation pour laquelle j’avais payé. De ce fait, j’occupe de mon propre ressort la place moins de temps que ce pourquoi j’avais initialement réservé. Mais on m’explique que pour m’être présenté 13min après le début de mon stationnement, dans la politique onepark, cela est considéré comme un dépassement et de ce fait des majorations s’appliquent. Je tiens donc à vous mettre en garde à ce sujet, et à tout simplement éviter d’utiliser leurs services ou du moins d’apporter une grande vigilance à vos horaires de réservations, auquel cas vous pourriez avoir comme moi, une mauvaise surprise. Je ne recommande donc bien évidement pas cette société et leurs services.
