To enter and exit the car park, go to the barrier, do not take a ticket : your license plate will be scanned and recognized automatically to allow the barrier to be opened.

• Once the reservation has been confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In the event of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In the event of a problem at the exit of the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you had taken a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and communicate your booking number to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation hours will be subject to a charge on the means of payment used.

Pas d'ouverture automatique de la barrière car plaque non détectée. Il a fallu prendre un ticket pour pouvoir entrer et contacter un préposé via la borne de sortie. Cela a pris quelques minutes d'attente car aucun préposé n'était disponible. La personne était inaudible. Pas très pratique comme système.

Mauvaises indications de circulation à l'intérieur du parking, pas de reconnaissance de plaque minéralogique entrée ni sortie , boîtier de code d'entrée porte piéton arraché et pas de notification d'autre accès possible (30 min pour en trouver 1) procédure de sortie en 8 minutes et 2 appels au préposé avant ouverture.

No me dejo salir. Tuve suerte de que aparecio una persona del parking y me contacto con alguien que me pidio la matricula (que supuestamente iba a ser escaneada a la entrada y a la salida) y levanto la barrera. Si no hubiera aparecido esta persona, no hubiera podido salir... Y estaba con mi familia. Mal momento!
