To enter and exit the car park, go to the barrier, do not take a ticket : your registration plate will be scanned and automatically recognised to allow the barrier to open.
To access the car park on foot, enter the code in your Onepark confirmation email.
Good to know
• Once the reservation is confirmed, the license plate can no longer be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In case of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In the event of a problem when exiting the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you took a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and give your booking number to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation hours will be subject to a charge on the payment method used.

Le système digicode pour l'accès piéton du parking a disparu. Le code adressé lors de la réservation est donc inopérant. Il faut passer par l'entrée voitures ou appeler par un interphone avec des délais d'attente. Peu partique.

Accès piéton impossible avec le code, plaque non reconnue à la sortie, ce qui créée un bouchon, et après appel interphone, la personne a tout noté mais relancé 48h après pour savoir si j’étais sorti malgré un mail que j’ai envoyé le lendemain …
La reconnaissance de plaque fonctionne très bien
