When entering and leaving the car park, there is no need to take a ticket : your license plate will be scanned and automatically recognized, which allows the barrier to open.
To access the car park on foot, you must enter the code that appears in your confirmation email.

- If you have a Vía T device in your vehicle, deactivate it before entering the car park to avoid double payment;
- Once the reservation is confirmed, the registration cannot be modified . Therefore, we invite you to check the number plate entered in your account to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
- In case of problems at the car park entrance , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a ticket;
- In case of problems at the exit of the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you have obtained a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and communicate your license plate to the agent;
- There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reserved hours will be subject to an additional charge through the payment method used.

Reservemos el parking por una semana entera para mí padre que venía del extranjero. A entrar en el parking, la cámara no cogió la matricula del coche. Cuando mí marido lo comentó (mi padre no habla español), la empleada acusó a mi padre de no saber conducir bien y que todo era su culpa. Mí marido pidió con calma y educación resolución. En retorno, ella le gritó en la cara que eso no era su problema, que se espabila mi padre y que tenía que conocer el idioma español. Esa empleada era muy maleducada, habló a mí familia como basura, además a un anciano, y se quejó hacer su trabajo, gruñando "¡Madre de Dios!". Es una desgracia total tratar así a clientes. Al contrario, el joven empleado Hugo era muy amable, atento y respetuoso. Me explicó con paciencia que la cámara no puede coger matrículas estranjeras, sólo nacionales, por tema técnico de configuración. Nunca acusó a mí padre de no saber conducir! Hugo proporcionó un servicio al cliente profesional y cortés. Espero que se reconozca mi retorno.
