Bonjour, Tout d'abord, les réservations sur votre site ne sont pas intuitives, nous avons réservé pour 6 motos et utilisé seulement 2 emplacements... pas d'autres possibilités sur votre site! Ensuite, les motos n'ayant pas de plaques avant, cela a été une vraie galère pour rentrer/sortir les 2 jours! (nous avions pris un forfait 3 jours). Lors de de notre seconde entrée le dimanche 7 mai, les codes barres ne fonctionnaient toujours pas et la personne que nous eu à l'interphone a été à la limite de l'amabilité alors que nous venions de faire Reims/Epernay sous une pluie battante...!!! Alors que la veille le 6 mai, la personne a été très gentille et très compréhensive au regard de nos problèmes. En résumé, - Un site pas intuitif, 4 des 6 réservations se sont fait piéger avec le positionnement des dates du forfait 3 jours - nous avons pris 6 forfaits et utilisés seulement 2 emplacements, - nous avons galéré pour rentrer et sortir du parking avec les motos - Amabilité/compréhension d'une des personnes pas au niveau Donc une assez mauvaise expérience en ce qui concerne les 6 réservations motos de notre groupe.
