When entering and leaving the car park, there is no need to take a ticket : your license plate will be scanned and recognized automatically, which allows the barrier to open.

To access the car park on foot, you must enter the code that appears in your confirmation email.

• In case of problems at the car park entrance , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a ticket;

• In case of problems at the exit of the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you have obtained a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and communicate your number plate to the agent;

• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reserved hours will be subject to an additional charge through the payment method used.
