• Once the reservation has been confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In the event of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In the event of a problem at the exit of the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you had taken a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and communicate your booking number to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation hours will be subject to a charge on the means of payment used.

J ai été très déçu, mal reçu par l assistance hier soir par rapport au fait que la première barriere ne s’ouvrait pas ! L’interphone ne fonctionnait pas j’ai dû aller à l’accueil moi meme car l’assurance n’avait pas le numéro du parking. Arrivant à l’accueil personne au téléphone avec un de ses amis, réticent à venir m’aider. J’ai dû l’aider à l’ouvrir manuellement car personne ne savait comment faire. Il a appelé tous ces collègues pas un ne savait comment faire. Je suis très déçu et je ne reviendrais jamais. À fuir

Reservation et arrivée impeccable. Par contre pour le départ, c'est bien d'avoir un code à taper SAUF qu'il n'y a pas de clavier pour taper le coder :-(

Seul problème et non des moindres à la sortie sur l'Avenue George V, j'ai pris la sortie plutôt sur la gauche et me suis encastrée dans le gros plot qui se trouve au milieu et que l'on ne voit pas la nuit , pour l'éviter il faut vraiment déporter la voiture sur la droite .Bref il serait bon qu'il soit bien signalisé , surtout la nuit ..
