Los empleados que nos atendieron por telefono cuando entramos y salimos del parking muy bien. Gracias a ellos pidimos entrar y salir sin problemas. Sin embargo, hicimos la reserva online y cuando llegamos al parking no podiamos entrar porque algo falló con la reservs en el sistema informatico. Creo que este sistema necesita mejorar.
