Entry and exit from the car park
On the way out
10 minutes before arriving at the airport, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.
The driver will wait for you at the Departures Terminal and will proceed to verify the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

The driver will call you at the phone number indicated in your personal Onepark account.
The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the pick-up point .
Good to know
- In case of modification of your date or time of departure or arrival , please contact the number of the driver indicated in your booking confirmation to check the availability of the same;
- In order for the driver to easily recognize your vehicle, when making your booking, we recommend that you specify, in addition to the vehicle model, its color;

Es un empresa muy informal y poco seria. Habian registrado la llegado de mi vuelo un día despues de lo pactado, me indicaron mal la matrículo del coche y me acercaron el coche una hora despues de lo pactado. No lo recomiento en absoluto.

parking GUERRERO es una impresa poco de fiar. A la hora convenida (registrada por escrito en la reserva y expresada verbalmente el día de la entrega del coche) se olvidaron de devolverme el vehículo: doce y media de la noche y me vi obligado a dormir en un hotel. Al día siguiente, declinan toda responsabilidad y la dirigen a ONEPARK, sin reconocer su falta de profesionalidad por no responder a las 29 llamadas perdidas que tienen registradas ni a los dos mensajes de voz guardados en su buzón. Para colmo no disponen de libro de reclamaciones.

[...] debían recoger mi coche en el aeropuerto de Sevilla el 29-12-2019 a las 5,30 de la mañana y no se han presentado dejándome tirado. Tuve que dejar el coche en el parking del aeropuerto sin tener reserva y pagar cuatro veces más de lo que debería.

Hola. No dude en contactarnos a través del formulario para que podamos estudiar el asunto y ponerle en contacto con el parking directamente,
Penoso servicio. A la ida no tenían los papeles preparados, querian que le dejaramos el coche sin firmar nada y tuvimos que esperar. A la vuelta, dejan el coche en mitad de la calzada en diagonal, el cual podia darme un roce el que fuera, ni el autobus del aeropuerto podia pasar. Me lo dieron lleno de agua y de polvo, echo una autentica porqueria. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. Pesimo servicio.
