Access
Access to the airport
From the car park , a free shuttle will drop you off at the airport in 6 minutes.
On return and after collecting your luggage, you can call the shuttle at the telephone number indicated in your email confirmation, it will pick you up at the same place as on the outward journey.
The shuttle service operates 24/7.
Entry and exit from the car park
Go to the car park reception with your email confirmation (mobile or paper version).
Good to know
- After carrying out an inventory, you will give the vehicle keys to the personnel who will keep them for the duration of your parking;
- In case of delay compared to the arrival time indicated during the reservation, as well as for any modification occurring once your vehicle is parked, we invite you to notify the parking lot by calling the shuttle;
- In the event of an overrun, you will have to pay it directly at the car park, according to the hourly rate in force.
Supplements - payable directly at the car park
- A supplement of 10 euros will be required for any arrival or departure between 23:00 and 04:00.

Très bien. À notre arrivée le dimanche à 4h du matin-là personne était sur place. Je l’avais appelé quelques minutes avant. À notre retour idem, je l’ai appelé depuis l’avion et il est arrivé mns après nous au point de rdv. Très aimable, mettent les valises dans le coffre à l’aller comme au retour.

Vous devez absolument éviter ce parking. A notre retour, nous sommes arrivées à 23 h 45 , mais personne n'a répondu à notre appel avant ....04 h 30! Avec une excuse complètement ridicule: c'était un nouvel employé et il a quitté plus tôt. Alors que le service doit être assuré 24 h sur 24. De plus notre véhicule a été déplacé pendant notre séjour (?) car je ne l'ai pas réceptionné au même endroit ou je l'avais laissé initialement. Et en sortant, nous nous apercevront que le parking est simplement fermé par une grille de chantier. "La France a un incroyable talent", A éviter!

À fuir !!! Adieu le professionnalisme et la courtoisie Le parking se réserve le droit de refuser la voiture en cas de retard tout en conservant le paiement !!! Le tout par téléphone s’il vous plaît car personne n’est là pour vous accueillir. Cela ressemble plus à une arnaque qu’à un parking car aucune condition de vente n’est clairement exposé . Un service client qui ne veut rien entendre malgres les avis négatifs de nombreux clients!!!
Très satisfaite du service. Mon mari et moi sommes rentrés de Marrakech à un horaire différent que prévu. Le retour du Maroc a été bouleversé dû à la crise du Coronavirus. Nous avions prévu de récupérer notre voiture à 19h le 14 mars dernier mais nous n'avons pu être sur Toulouse qu'à minuit (passage par Paris Orly au lieu d'un vol direct sur Toulouse) et il n'y a eu aucun problème. Nous avons prévenu bien sur du retard. Aucun supplément et un personnel très gentil. Je referais appel à ce service sans problèmes dès que nous pourrons refaire des voyages. Pour le moment prenez tous soin de vous et restez chez vous.
