Practical information
- If you are more than five people per car, please leave the other passengers and luggage at the airport before arriving at the car park. The shuttle service will be available only for the driver;
- After checking the status of the vehicle, you will hand over the keys to the staff who will keep them for the duration of the stay;
- In case of delay compared to the time indicated in the booking or for any change during the parking period, we invite you to inform the parking lot by calling the number indicated in your confirmation email in the "shuttle number" field;
- If you retrieve the vehicle later than expected, a supplement will be payable on the spot, based on the parking rate grid.

Salve, volevo segnalare che non siamo riusciti a contattarVi il giorno di arrivo, per comunicarVi che sulla ricevuta rilasciata all' atto della prenotazione, non compariva ne il Vs. recapito telefonico, ne il Vs. indirizzo preciso, difatti il navigatore non riusciva a ritrovarVi. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa a Vs. operatore che ci ha telefonato il pomeriggio di venerdì non avendoci visto arrivare all' orario previsto dalla prenotazione, che si è prontamente scusato per l' accaduto, ribadendoci che avrebbe esposto il Ns. problema alla piattaforma, cercando di farci avere un rimborso, a parziale risarcimento per il danno subito, visto che abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare in aeroporto per non perdere il volo aereo, a prezzi notevolmente superiori a quelli previsti dalle Vs. tabelle.
