Parking bloqué, accès impossible. J’ai dû me garer ailleurs En attente du remboursement

Réservation payée d’avance et plus de place le jour J, garé dans une allée à l’arrache, parking qui pue l’urine, des contrôle d’accès qui ne fonctionnent pas, personne au téléphone d’urgence, bloqué pour ressortir. Plus jamais. Malheureusement on ne peut pas mette moins qu’une étoile, sinon ça aurait été négatif.

L'entré très bien avec le code fourni par le parking mais la sortie désastreuse le code non fonctionnel obligé d'appeler un numéro plusieurs fois avant que l'ont puisse me réponde etc etc

Parking très bien situé à Nanterre La Défense, juste en dessous d'un très bon hôtel et en face de la Défense Arena. Les prix sont très raisonnables. Ce n'est pas la première ni la dernière fois que nous réserverons ce parking.
