Entry and exit from the car park
When you arrive at the entrance barrier, enter the PIN code you will have received by SMS or press the bell button to be attended to/opened.
Head to floor -2 where you will find a new door that will open by proximity/presence (same as for exiting).
Park only in one of the spaces marked with INTERNET RESERVATIONS signs .

La valla de acceso no funcionaba y tuve que esperar para q abrieran al coche de delante y después tb a mi, esta poco señalizado las plazas destinadas a poder aparcar con reserva de internet. No encontré salida peatonal y tuve que salir por donde salen los coches.

El problema es que la luz del parking se apaga rápido y te quedas a oscuras sacando el equipaje del coche. Y cuando regresas a por el coche, las luces no se enciendes cuando entras desde las escaleras peatonales al parking, por lo que cuesta encontrar tu coche a oscuras. Además, da la sensación de peligro estando a oscuras.

Al parking le falta un ascensor, y aquí está ubicado cerca de Atocha y la mayoría que reservamos llevamos equipaje y el parking está ubicado a -2 pisos y has de bajar y subir con maletas por lo demás perfecto
