Parking exit
To collect your vehicle, once you have collected your luggage, at the meeting point, call the transfer service phone number, indicated on the Onepark confirmation email, to notify you of your arrival and transfer you to the car park lot.
Remember! In case of an excess of time in your booking, you will have to pay an extra charge on site depending on the parking rates.

Sin ningún problema dejamos el coche en el terminal, lo recogieron y luego devolvieron en el mismo sitio. Todo bien. Sin ninguna queja.

No te da lo que promete. LLegué de noche y no habia ni luces, ni una oficina, ni nada de nada, excepto algunos coches aparcados y un chico con una furgoneta de transporte... solo un terreno de tierra vallado, ni baños ni siquiera está en la ubicación del anuncio. Las fotos del parking no corresponden con el parking real. Si no llegan a ser las cuatro de la mañana y con un vuelo que coger, no dejo allí mi coche ni de coña....Además me dijeron que después de los quince días que lo iba a dejar, me lo lavarían, pero solo me marranearon los cristales para quitarles el polvo....No repito ni por casualidad

El parking consiste en un bancal rodeado de una vallar metálica sin nada de luz y muy mal indicado. Si bien es cierto que vinieron a buscarme a Torrellano para guiarme hasta el bancal, no se ve ninguna indicación. No hay ninguna fuente de luz, ninguna bombilla. Al dejar el coche y al recogerlo era de noche y tuvimos que alumbrar la documentación a firmar con el móvil una vez y con la linterna del trabajador la segunda. Tardaron media hora en venir a recogerme al aeropuerto y poder ir a por el coche. El mas barato, pero el mas deficiente. No lo aconsejaré ni volveré a utilizarlo.

Hola, mi número de reserva es el 613210. Y estoy muy decepcionado con Aeroparking y Onepark. Sí, es más barato pero, finalmente te cuesta el doble. Por qué? Porque tuve que pagar otra vez los 24 € cuando volví porque no tenía a mano el mails donde dice que ya estaba pagado el parking. Y no me dió ningún recibo. El parking no tiene ni oficina ni está indicado... Eso para mi es una estafa simplemente. Que piensan hacer....?¿ Gracias por hacerme ver que estaba equivocado. Juan Fandos
