From the car park , the free transfer service will leave you in 3 minutes at the airport.

- For all transfer services between 23:00 and 08:00, as well as for reservations made less than 8 hours in advance , we invite you to prevent parking by calling the transfer;
- In case of delay with respect to the arrival time entered in your booking, as well as any modification once your vehicle has been parked, we invite you to prevent parking by calling the transfer;
- In case of exceeding the parking time, we invite you to pay it directly at the parking, according to the hourly rate in force.

Trabajo eficaz y rapido de la parte del equipo de OnePark, siempre solicitado por telefono pero siempre a la disposicion de los clientes que ya han llegado, y de manera educada y agradable. Un consejo productivo...cuando llegué, no habia nadie y el parking estaba abierto. Solo hay un numero de telefono y uno no sabe que hacer. Lo suyo seria dejar una nota explicativa en el email de confirmacion que se manda al cliente explicando que no hace falta llamar a la llegada, que solo hay que esperar un rato porque el equipo esta aparcando un coche o dejando a viajeros al terminal...porque la verdad es que no supe que hacer y me preocupaba, le iba a llamar y luego llegaron enseguida. Al saber ya con antelacion como funciona, pues hubiera sabido el procedimiento. De todos modos, estuvo tood perfecto y si vuelvo a volar desde Valencia, dejaré de nueov mi coche en One park. Enhorabuena Equipo!
