ELIT Parking Transfer to Airport/St Exupéry Station

When you arrive at the car park, go to the hangar door with your vehicle , a sign on the hangar will tell you which car park you are parking in .

Park your vehicle in the indicated parking lot.

The shuttle will pick you up, your luggage and your passengers from the designated parking lot at 00:30 and 00:30 of each hour.

Please note, no pick-up at other car parks

It is imperative to be on time.

Transfer from St Exupéry Airport/Gare to ELIT parking

Shuttles run at 3 and 45 past the hour at the Ppro parking lot (same as the drop-off point).

On-time customers will be served first, then late customers, then early customers.

Go to the car park reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).

Good to know

• Vehicle exits are available 24/7;
• As the shuttle cannot carry more than 4 people, we invite you to drop off other passengers at the airport before going to the car park lot;
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your booking at the parking lot to complete the administrative procedures;
• After having carried out an inventory, you will hand over the vehicle keys to the staff who will keep them for the duration of your parking;

• Oversized luggage is prohibited on shuttles (skis, surfboards, kitesurfing, dog crates, bicycles, etc.);

• For both entry and exit, the time indicated on your booking corresponds to the shuttle reservation time. Driver and shuttle schedules are made the day before, and our partner plans the number of shuttles needed based on the information provided;
• On-time passengers will be given priority;
• Drivers can be reached (at the phone number provided in your confirmation email) in case of any problems. Since they are driving, please only contact them in case of emergency;
• In the event of a delay compared to the arrival time indicated when booking, as well as for any changes occurring once your vehicle has been parked, we invite you to notify the car park by calling the shuttle;
• Shuttles operate 24/7; you won't find anyone at reception. Drivers arrive at 12:30 a.m. every hour to pick you up from the parking lot indicated at reception;
• In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly at the car park, according to the hourly rate in force;
• Vehicles with trailers are prohibited .

Supplements - to be paid directly at the car park

• A supplement of 5 euros per journey will be requested for families of 4 people;
• For groups of more than 4 people , a supplement of 10 euros will be requested per journey and per additional person;
• A supplement of 10 euros will be requested per journey and per person for any arrival or departure between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. (20 euros if both criteria are met);
• A supplement of 5 euros will be charged for any delay in relation to your arrival time at the car park;
• A supplement of 5 euros will be charged for any delay between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. compared to your return time to the car park;
• A supplement of 10 euros will be charged for any delay between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. compared to your return time to the car park;
• A supplement of 20 euros will be charged for any delay between 10:00 a.m. and midnight after your return time to the car park;
• A supplement of 5 euros will be charged for each additional day of delay beyond your return time to the car park.
