Entry and exit from the car park
Arrival at the car park
When you arrive at the car park, go forward to the first door which opens automatically, then dial your 6-digit access code on the code keypad located at the entrance to the car park.
If you have a Smartphone, you can open the barrier directly from your booking in the Onepark application.
Pedestrian access
The pedestrian entrance is done by entering your 6-digit access code on the code keypad of the pedestrian door located to the left of the vehicle entrance.
Car park exit
To exit the car park, type your access code on the Onepark code keypad.
Please enter your code even if the barrier is open in order to end your booking. Failure to comply with this step may result in the payment of a penalty.

Pas d'indication OnePark visible : on se demande si on est dans le bon parking. Bornes d'accès en panne : on ne sait pas comment indiquer qu'on reprend son véhicule dans le créneau horaire alloué.
