Ida: Bien. Aunque difícil contactar por teléfono. Vuelta: Vehículo no fue guardado en parking cubierto acorde a la reserva. No se ha hecho seguimiento a la modificación del vuelo (adelanto) y no se ha preparado el vehículo tras hacer la llamada de aviso antes de recoger las maletas. Trato inadecuado por parte del personal a la hora de pedir que nos traigan el vehículo. (interrumpir en medio de la frase, marcharse durante la conversación metiéndose en un coche).

ne parle pas anglais ni français, compliqué pour récupéré la voiture autrement rien à dire
Pas satisfait de l'attente pour récupérer la voiture plus de 30 minutes.
