This is not a park house. It is an open parking lot beside the hotel. There is no security. Everyone can go in and out. To go from the car park to the center of the city, you need some kind of transportation, car, bus, bike. Walking is an option, but it is more than 4 km. Besides that it is a reasonable place to park. Cost is very low compared to city parking. I had the car there for almost 3 weeks.
