Mode of transport
From the hotel , a free private shuttle will drop you off in 7 minutes at the airport at the departures level on the French side.
On return and after collecting your luggage, you can call the shuttle at the telephone number indicated in your email confirmation, it will collect you from the arrivals side of the French side of the airport.
The shuttle service operates 24/7 .
The bus line 604 also takes you to Basel city center in 15 minutes.
Entry and exit from the car park
Go to the hotel reception with your confirmation e-mail (mobile or paper version).
To access the car park on foot, you will pass through the hotel lobby.
Good to know :
- If you have bulky luggage, please drop the luggage and passengers at the airport before parking in the parking lot.
- In the event of an overrun, you will have to pay it directly with the hotel according to the price list displayed on site.

Cela fait déjà plusieurs fois que je fais appel à ce parking, et j'en suis à chaque fois très satisfaite. Le personnel est très agréable, les chauffeurs de taxis toujours souriants et aimables. Le parking est très bien placé, en plus du gros avantage d'être couvert. Bref je recommande .

Good car park, but transfer from Airport very slow I waited 30 minutes for the taxi to arrive, that was after being put on hold for 5 minutes when ringing the hotel for the transfer. Normally good but this time it was poor

Satisfaits. Sauf, à l'arrivée à l'hôtel ... le réceptionniste qui a mis 15 minutes pour trouver la réservation alors que ça faisait 10 fois que je lui donnais mon nom ... puis qu'il comprenait rien pour le taxi. Au final ... un taxi est arrivé rapidement à l'heure prévue, très sympathique. Au retour, le taxi est arrivé très rapidement, très sympathique également. Parking souterrain. Je recommande.
