To enter and exit the car park, go to the barrier, do not take a ticket : your registration plate will be scanned and automatically recognised to allow the barrier to open.
To access the car park on foot, enter the code in your Onepark confirmation email.
Good to know
• Once the reservation is confirmed, the license plate can no longer be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In case of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In the event of a problem when exiting the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you took a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and give your booking number to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation hours will be subject to a charge on the payment method used.

Après de nombreux soucis afin d’entrer dans le parking et être resté 20 min en attente pour avoir quelqu’un en ligne, nous avons enfin pu rentrer dans le parking. Mais le pire n’était pas la… aujourd’hui… pour en ressortir… évidemment le lecteur de plaques ne fonctionnait pas! On ne savait pas mettre le code manuellement car le boîtier avait pris l’eau et était HS. J’ai appelé sur l’aide ( bouton sur la borne ) après 10 min d’attente, la personne a raccroché. Donc j’ai appelé une nouvelle fois vos services… je suis tombé sur une personne totalement incompétente à qui j’ai du re expliquer la situation à 4 reprises. Celui-ci m’a donné un numéro de garde afin d’avoir un préposé qui viendrait directement. J’ai appelé, joignable du lundi au vendredi —> on est dimanche!!!! J’ai rappelé vos services … même incapable qui ne sait pas m’aider me dit de rajouter sur le bouton de la borne… déjà fait 3x!!!!!! Au final j’ai enfin eu quelqu’un via la borne… alléluia… et on a su partir. Je ne félicite pas du tout votre employé qui semble avoir un QI proche d’un concombre. Services lamentable!!!! Vu le prix démesuré pour un stationnement on s’attend clairement à une autre qualité. A fuir absolument!!!!!!!

Rien n’a fonctionné. , pas de reconnaissance de plaque de numero de voiture de entree. Et pas à la sorti. Rien response de telephone , tres mal organisé
