Un portail qui ne s’ouvre pas au moment de partir. Un conseiller qui nous envoie balader au téléphone. Première expérience qui ne sera pas réitérée. Dommage que pour un prix si élevé, la prestation n’est pas été à la hauteur. Nous devions partir de Paris pour rentrer à Nantes : arrivés au parking à 00h00, repartis à 1h50.
