Le parking est sécurisé et accessible 7/7 de 04h00 à 00h00. 

The day of your departure

30 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call your valet at the phone number on your booking.

Your valet will help you with your luggage, provide a trolley if you wish, and will inspect your vehicle before driving it to the car park lot.

The day of your return

After collecting your luggage,   Call your valet at the number indicated on your booking.

Your valet will return your vehicle to the location where you dropped it off.

Good to know

• If you change your arrival or return dates and times , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check availability;
• Before confirming your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area to which you will be sent the valet parking number;
• When making your booking, we recommend that you indicate the color of your vehicle after the model. This will make it easier for the valet to recognize your vehicle;
• Please leave your keys with the valet without a key ring or other accessory and place your insurance and registration document in the glove compartment;

Supplement

• In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly to the valet, according to the current hourly rate.
• A supplement of 115 euros must be paid to the valet for returning the vehicle to Roissy.
• Exterior washing costs: 40 euros and interior: 30 euros
