To enter and exit the car park, go to the barrier, do not take a ticket : your registration plate will be scanned and automatically recognised to allow the barrier to open.
To access the car park on foot, enter the code in your Onepark confirmation email.

• Once the reservation is confirmed, the license plate can no longer be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In case of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In the event of a problem when exiting the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you took a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and give your booking number to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation hours will be subject to a charge on the payment method used.

Bonjour Très mécontent arrivé 2 mn avant l'heure prévue et sorti à 16h30 au lieu de 17h30 je paye un supplément et je n'ai aucune déduction pour l'heure de moins !!! Et une barrière qui ne voulait pas s'ouvrir par 2 essaies.

Grand parking accessible très propre, problème beaucoup de voitures mal garées prenant exprès 2 places. Sortie du parking après un événement délai trop important, embouteillage monstrueux pour sortie sur une seule voie avec un feu rouge régulateur 🤷🏾‍♂️

Très bon parking. Celui ci se situe juste en dessous du Palais des Congrès. Par contre, selon d’où on arrive, l’accessibilité au parking est compliqué. En effet, l’emplacement est mal indiqué sur le GPS. Il faudrait peut être mieux l’indiquer voire même mieux signaliser. Parking propre. Et si les gens pouvez payer aux bornes avant de sortir, les sorties se feraient plus vite !

Accès aisé, même pour une grosse berline. A la différence du parking Indigo Lutèce cité par exemple. Nombreux emplacements disponibles.
